Can a freshman be in the AP Academy? - Yes, the AP Academy is open to all students, but freshmen are only allowed to apply to the AP Academy during the spring enrollment period.
How many AP courses do I need to join? - At least one AP Course (either past or current) is required to join. Applicants also require two teacher recommendations.
Why should I join? - The AP Academy provides an opportunity to join a smaller learner community where everyone shares a focus on academics and enhancing our scholarly environment at Wando High School.
