This 20-minutes piece was choreographed by Wan-Chao Chang specifically for Hsin-Yi LIN, as the centerstage dancer. It was inspired by both Hsin-Yi’s and the choreographer’s exploratory journeys through dance and life. The dance movements and the portrayed social interactions are extracted or developed from the cultures of different areas of the world, mainly Indonesia, Bulgaria, and Persia/Tajikistan. Variations stem from isolation move to compound, from syncopated rhythm to synchronism, from individual being to solidarity. Just like the creeks absorb drops of rain and converge to form streams, as the flowing water meets rocks, plants, fish and creates currents, streams carry down the colors and smells to merge into rivers. The piece symbolizes the transformation of the individual, nurtured through his/her path in life and search for belonging.

走著、跳著、繞著，尋找著自己的路徑
說是繞路，我說是到處汲取養分
讓己身經歷、感覺周遭人間的脈動

或許長相不同，環境不同
或許脈動不同，觀點不同
但那了然的一刻，夠了，夠記在腦海裡
那曾經連結的一刻，夠了，夠記在心裡

身旅，是編舞者為主要舞者林欣怡特別編創，以欣怡自身多年來在舞蹈上的探索與學習的生命經驗為核心概念構思編排，就不同族群衍生的舞蹈動作與特性，抽取元素重新組合的嘗試。大致分為印尼、保加利亞、波斯三個篇章，企圖以靈感源地舞蹈語彙與社群連結為發想起點所做的串連，以舞蹈文化的本質-肢體與群性，重新體現世界幾個角落。如東南亞的印尼篇，仿傀儡般運用單一關節，動作細微卻著重於內在的表現張力，及借用甘美朗音樂與亞齊特區舞蹈的連鎖交織節奏特性；而東歐保加利亞篇則以足部動作為主，著重於群體間的連結。看似簡單的足部動作，因重心與放鬆程度的差異而產生與亞洲舞蹈炯然兩極的肢體運用；西亞波斯篇則運用波斯古典舞和塔吉克豐富的上半身動作，展現不同風情。

三個篇章，視線從無我、我們、到你我，象徵群性關係的演變；長巾則於不同篇章中轉化使用方式，意喻本質相同的主體於場域間的角色轉換。 似吸收滴滴雨水與支流匯集的溪河，與途中經過的粒粒石頭、灘岸、魚蝦水草等每一元素的接觸，造就顏色、氣味與面向的轉變。

是一段用身體來體驗不同人文，沾帶著體認，找尋路徑和歸屬的旅程。
