1 - An Airstream
The essential component of our campaign is an Airstream Travel Trailer. The needed trailer should be a longer one. Plumbing, propane, and running gear do not need to be operational. An Airstream without major damage is desired.

2- Interior Alterations
Airstream Interior alterations to accommodate new lounge/resting area in the front and an office in the rear. This item involves the removal of kitchen cabinets, appliances, shower, and a closet. Additional work includes a new desk and cabinets in the rear as well as a new 110v electrical circuit. The lounge will be finished with new seating, a table, television and DVD player.

3 - Air Conditioning & Exterior Needs
Airstream Exterior Improvements include a new Air Conditioning unt, weatherproofing, cleaning, lighting repair, trim replacement, and frame painting.

4 - Handicap Ramp
A pre-owned Aluminum Ramp and landing will be installed at the door to the Airstream. This will allow for proper handicap accessibility.

5 - Development of Theme
The grounds of our project will be themed to represent an old-fashion Christmas Tree Lot. Fencing, signage, lights, and miscellaneous embellishments will be installed

6 - Stretch Goal! Christmas Vacation Truck Race
An additional fun activity will be added if funds are available. Guests will be given the opportunity to race some high-quality remote-control electric trucks on an adjacent off-road course. Obstacles, bridges, and maybe an easy jump will be constructed.
