We try our very best to stay on top of machine maintenance, but occasionally things break. In the event that something doesn't work correctly, we have a few options to help mitigate the problem and make things right for you.

• (1) Give us a call!
  *we have an attendant on call most hours. If available, we'll come right over and fix the problem.

• (2) Submit a Service/Refund Request Card.
  *cards can be found near the office counter just inside the east entrance. Please make sure to drop them in the service request box with your contact information.

• (3) Click the "Service Request Button" on our homepage & scroll down to fill out an electronic form.

• (4) Send us an email.
  *be sure to include your contact information and a description of the problem you experienced.

We will do our best to get your refund in a timely manner.
