Street View is a powerful tool that allows anyone to see inside of places around the world, from the comfort of home, or while visiting a new location. These images are 360', meaning that you can see up, down and all around you. They can be taken with 360' cameras, or on your smartphone. Street View images can be viewed on a desktop computer by clicking on "Pegman" in the bottom RH corner of Google Maps. You'll see that if a place has Street View, the streets will turn blue and/or there will be individual photospheres (blue dots). You can then drop Pegman into the blue! On mobile devices, download the Google Maps app and either search for a place or drop a pin. If there is Street View, an image with a curvy arrow will appear. Tap into it and be taken down to street level!
