Registration Form

Fees:

• There is an ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE PER FAMILY of $40.00.  Payment of registration fee is required to reserved your spot.

Rates:

• The standard rate is $7.00 per ride, per child, per direction.  Locations include Mira Lagos, Grand Peninsula, Bankston Meadows and Lowe's Farm. If you are outside of these neighborhoods, please contact us as areas of service constantly change.

• THE MONTHLY RATE IS AN AVERAGE OF DAYS PER SCHOOL YEAR.  EXAMPLE: (180 SCHOOL DAYS / 20 DAYS = 9 MONTHS AUGUST, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL, MAY).  THE MONTHLY RATE TAKES INTO ACCOUNT HOLIDAYS AND OTHER NON-SCHOOL DAYS.  IF YOUR CHILD MISSES SCHOOL, REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED; YOU ARE PAYING FOR THEIR SPOT.

• Occasional Riders are asked to provide a schedule of rides needed (in advance) along with the corresponding payments for the number of rides needed. No discounts are available.

• Permanent riders are asked to pay monthly 

• Payments are due on the first of the month.

  • August (prorated; due with enrollment), September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May).

  • August and September may be combined in the first monthly payment, if more convenient.  If a cancellation occurs, payments will be prorated to actual day used. 

Discounts:

• 3% Permanent riders paying the monthly rate (daily; AM or PM)

• 7% Morning & Afternoon riders 

Penalties:

Payments MUST be made by the 5th of each month.  Except the first month of school; that payment is due with registration.  

• 1st Late Payment - $20 fee

• 2nd Late Payment - Loss of Discounts

• 3rd Late Payment - Loss of Discounts (permanent) and possible contract termination

Liability

• Should anything happen to your child while riding in WalkNoMore Carpool, you will not hold liable WalkNoMore Carpool or any of the drivers for unforeseen circumstances not limited to injuries, illness, accidental damages to personal property, tardiness, absences, etc.  EVERY STUDENT WILL HAVE A SEAT BELT AND IS REQUIRED TO WEAR IT AT ALL TIMES.
