Hi friends!

It’s hard to believe another month has already passed! July was a little different than I expected. It was a month of rest, learning, and preparation for what is ahead.

Field Training in Illinois

For the last two weeks of July, I traveled to Elgin, Illinois for field training with One Collective.

I learned so much during these two weeks. We had security and personal safety training. We also took seminary classes and learned practical tools for sharing the Gospel.

One of my favorite things we learned about was Discovery Bible Study.

Discovery Bible Study is a simple way to read the Bible with people who may have never opened it before. Instead of just teaching someone what the Bible says, you read the passage together and ask questions that help people discover what it means for themselves.

We also learned about house churches and how they are different from traditional church settings.

This was especially meaningful to me because I will be attending a house church in Santiago. There are not many traditional Christian churches in the area where I will be serving. I am excited to experience church in a different way and learn from the people Yahweh has placed there.

Preparing for January

The first part of July was spent on vacation with my family. It was a really restful time.

With my move to Spain getting closer, I have been thinking a lot about the people I will be leaving behind. I was able to spend time with some of my cousins and say goodbye before I move to the field.

It was a sweet reminder that this season is not just about going somewhere new. It is also about being present with the people Yahweh has placed in my life right now.

Because of my family vacation and field training, July was a slower month for support raising. Now that I am back home, I am ready to get back into the swing of things!

My anticipated departure date is January 2027, so I have several months ahead of me to continue building my support team.

I am praying that Yahweh would bring the right people into my path and open doors for support meetings. I am trusting Him to provide each step of the way.

Would you pray with me this month?

• Pray that Yahweh would bring people my way who want to hear about the ministry and learn how they can be involved.

• Pray that I would continue building my monthly support team and reach the amount needed to move to Spain.

• Pray for wisdom as I prepare for this move. There is still a lot to do before January!

• Pray that I would continue to trust Yahweh’s timing and provision instead of worrying about everything I cannot control.

Thank you for praying, giving, encouraging me, and following along with this journey. I am so thankful that I do not have to do this alone.

I can’t wait to see what Yahweh does in the months ahead!
