The Castles of Wales Quilt/Wall hanging:

Castles of Wales - a quilt/wall hanging, made as a joint project by 19 people from 15 different U3As. Ten different crafts were used in the to creation of the blocks.

Thank you to Ruth Smith from Newcastle Emlyn U3A who coordinated the project, collected and arranged the blocks and assembled the final quilt. The intention was to display it at our Wales Conference 2020 for reasons known to us all that wasn't to happen. It will now be at our conference in May 2021.
