This was different, no long drive to do a walk, we were on a family holiday to Anglesey (Partly chosen so I could get some coast walking in) so it was a later than usual start and a short drive to begin our walk. The whole family was out in force today for this section, a shorter section as we would be walking both ways. We began at a small car park about two thirds of the way along the walk at Traeth Bychan, where there was a small pay and display car park (I don't know why I chose this, I did not realise there was a free car park in Moelfre at the time) There is a small beach here, toilets and a shop/cafe. Parking up we did the second half of the walk first walking into Moelfre, it was a bit dull, but quite warm, it did not take long to reach Moelfre, passing through a farm and a bit of road walking (Not much) we arrived and I spotted the free car park (Doh!!!) We headed down to the small beach and I decided to stop the filming at the corner of a road by the beach next to the Kinmel Arms Pub, we headed back and stopped for a coffee at Ann's Pantry, we made the walk back along the coast path to the car park where we were parked, a quick loo stop and we continued following the coast path backwards (From the way I have been filming it) all the way to benllech. We made our way across the promenade to the Wendon. We turned back and I started to film the first part of what is now the video below. A short walk back along the promenade to the far end (From The Wendon) and we decide to stop for lunch/dinner at the cafe just as you have to leave the seafront road. A quick recharge and we continued (Well myself and my Son) the girls stayed and relaxed on the beach at Benllech, I would later return to them. My Son and I who have walked this coast path adventure together since Chester continued back to the car, filming along the way. The weather had picked up now, there were some dramatic cliff sea views along the way, it's nice walking both ways sometimes as you spot things you may miss, like the chimney/kiln we found on a beach, we would have probably not spotted it walking the one direction. We soon made our way back to the car and back to Benllech to meet up with the girls. A great day out had by all.

Starting at The Wendon on Bay View Road, cross the road, facing the beach and turn left on the pavement next to the beach. ///elbowed.unicorns.friday Walk along the promenade and just before The Bay Cafe at the far end of the beach there are a few steps down on your right hand side. ///sands.webcams.gearing Leave here walking down and alongside the outdoor seating area of the cafe. Follow the stone wall around to your left and then pick up the narrow stony/sand track that leads up alongside the sea. ///teachers.stoppage.articulated Continue up and along the path which has an exposed cliff edge to your right and a caravan park to your left. Keep to the path which becomes more sandy and has a few steps here and there along the way. Eventually it looks like you are about to head into a caravan park, turn right immediately before the gate to stay on this sandy path. ///rafters.wagers.calendars The path does not veer far from the cliff edge though not exposed anymore you walk through bracken, trees and shrubs with sea views along the way, the occasional boardwalk and small wooden bridge to look forward to along the route. There is a cross in paths at ///leave.decompose.untruth keep heading straight here. Continue along there are a few ups and downs, nothing to major and you enter a tree section. Stay on this path for quite a while until you eventually come out onto a clearing. Turn right here ///dripped.twitching.office (You will see the coast path straight ahead but that is crossing private land, we have to go right and around the small headland, don't worry though, the views are nice and it's not far) Continue around the headland picking up the path running through the bracken and around a house. ///calibrate.jokers.places As you go around there is a nice little bench for a rest stop with views of the beach you will soon be venturing to. ///outlawing.crusaders.acclaim Continue passed the bench and head straight when you enter the cleared area again passing the three cabins to your left and staying close to the edge of the field with the sea to your right. Shortly after the cabins you arrive at a tarmac driveway. turn right here and follow the drive down a couple of Meters. ///gala.monks.besotted At the junction a couple of Meters down turn left and follow the driveway up, with the small stream to your left hand side. ///kidney.squirts.shredder Continue up and just before the gate at the top onto a caravan park turn right onto the smaller dirt path. ///pulp.race.drawn Follow this a short way and it leads out a private driveway. ///ambient.maps.solicitor Continue up and bear left onto the road via the gate. ///flickers.converged.yesterday Then turn right onto a small track which leads onto a large field. ///topical.justifies.frames Bear straight ahead onto the field heading for a small path that leads down onto the beach. ///engulfing.sprinting.burn Go down and turn left on the beach. This is the beach with the stone chimney structure hidden behind the trees, so look out for that along the way. At the far end of the beach look for a path leading off and uphill, a small rocky/sandy path. ///freely.affirming.stand Continue up the path and steps, at the top you enter another field, bear straight looking for the gate on the far side, ///disco.massaged.numeral Pass through the gates onto the next field. Once again bear straight heading for the small gap (The right one of two) just ahead. ///listed.modules.intersect, Continue up and bering strait keep to the right hand edge of this field, walking uphill to a gate on the right hand side at the far end of the field. ///blackbird.later.breeze Go through the gate, follow the path that leads to some wooden steps heading down onto a car park. Bear straight ahead on the car park passing a toilet block on your right hand side ///locked.albatross.still and then head out of the car park via the steps next to the shop and cafe ///complies.steadily.utter and turn right onto the lane. Follow the lane a few Meters and just before it ends on the beach look for a path on your left hand side, pass through the gate. ///makeup.gums.isolating Entering the field keep near the right hand side and head up looking for a gate as you go over the brow of the hill on the far side of the field a few Meters from the far right hand side corner. ///healers.attend.butlers pass into the next field, this time bear straight ahead keeping near the hedge on your left hand side, pass through the gap at the far end into the next field. ///wildfires.skillet.lush Same in the next field, keep straight staying near the hedge on your left hand side and look for the gap at the far corner. ///pine.refusals.infects Pass through the gate and now follow the path around to your left keeping to the edge of the field, through the next gate at the far end. ///cakewalk.tested.panning This path now has a hedge both side, continue ahead until you come out onto a farm, through a large gate. ///retaliate.remark.dose continue ahead then right at the edge of the building on your right hand side. ///brochure.plodding.survived Do not enter the caping field but say on the far driveway passing between the buildings. ///spud.likes.albatross Keep to the driveway which leads out onto a lane, follow this away from the farm. ///wheels.darts.tripled Keep to this lane which eventually runs into a residential area. Follow the road up until it ends on the A5108, turn right here. ///irritable.dude.tell Follow the A5108, you soon pass a chip shop on your left hand side, followed by a local shop on your right, as the road bends around to the left, you need to take the smaller lane which bears straight ahead just after the shop. (The free car park and bus stop for Moelfre, are just left at this junction) ///bloomers.money.tiling (Bus stop: ///listed.otters.limitless) Follow this smaller lane down passing Ann's pantry on your left hand side, then a small ice cream parlour and car park on your right. Just after the anchor and car park, the road takes a sharp right bend at the beach where the pub (The Kinmel Arms) is on your left. This is where we end this section of the walk. ///mulls.tissue.take We continue from here in the next part.
