This restaurant, renovated from a historic, long-established traditional Japanese inn, retains its original charm, including the interior and tableware, the cliffs within, and the large lantern from the original period.
We are open for lunch every day, and also for dinner on weekends and holidays.

The menu may change depending on the season. The basic ordering method is to order a rice set (white rice, pork soup, and rice companion) and choose your favorite side dish.

The historic building was originally the villa of Kunisuke Okazaki, the second Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, and is characterized by its stately appearance.

Kissa Orino is a long-established coffee shop in Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture, known for its "extra-large fried shrimp." Using fresh shrimp only available from the wholesaler, the over-30cm fried shrimp are characterized by their crispy batter and chewy flesh. They're also known for their outstanding pairing with the shrimp miso tartar sauce.
Kanya's hamburgers are made with 100% domestically raised Japanese Black Beef, without any fillers. The crust is grilled over charcoal until fragrant, and the final product is prepared right in front of the customer. The hamburger is called a "tawara hamburger" and is available in various sizes.
