About Me & CV

After passing Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam from Pabna Zilla School in 2013 and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exam from Notre Dame College, Dhaka in 2015; I enrolled myself in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). I completed my undergraduate degree (B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering) with honors from here in February 2021 and then joined the same department as an adjunct faculty on 8th March 2021.

I joined the department as a full-time faculty (lecturer) on 31 August 2021 and currently working here. I am also currently enrolled in the master's course- M.Sc. in BME (ongoing) at the same department. As a part of my regular research and thesis work, I work on synthesizing and using nanoparticles to for various biomedical applications at Bioinnovation Research Group.

My research interest includes-

• Experimental Soft Tissue (IVD, Tendon, Ligament, Cartilage, Meniscus) and Hard Tissue (Bone, Dental) Regenerative Medicine and Mechanics

• Polymeric Biomaterials and Bio-nanomaterials

• Tissue Engineering

• Orthopedics and Dental Tissue Regeneration

• 3D Printing and Bio-ink

• Stem Cells

I am an avid traveler. Whenever I have money and time, I just pack my bags and hit the road preferably with my friends. I am also a huge fan of the Real Madrid Football Club, Rafael Nadal (Tennis player), and Luka Dončić (Basketball player of the NBA team- Dallas Mavericks). During my leisure time, I enjoy reading books, listening to music on Spotify, and watching travel vlogs.
