Home Automation
- Components used were Smoke detector, motion sensor, pressure rail and alarm.
- And home appliances were controlled both by GSM technology and IR sensor based remote.
Basically it was a self balancing robot. The technology used here was PID(Proportional Integral Derivative) controller and gyroscope was implanted also to maintain XY translation. Whole robot was embedded on a LFR(Line Following Robot) to observe practical prospects.
A EXE file which can perform four task of browsing, updating, inserting, deleting data from or into the student record-book. It was written in C\#, and MS Access was embedded also for the customer.
Node and mesh analysis along with transient analysis theories were formulated in MATLAB. Basics of differential equations were implemented here. A GUI(Graphical User Interface) was introduced to take node inputs. It can calculate voltage, current and power at any nodes and brunches respectively for any moment of time and draw wave shapes as well.
A eight digit password was generated using AND, OR and NOR gate only. Latching technique was used to detect user password. Pressure sensor, IR sensor and motion sensor were used to add extra features.
It was sunlight sensitive. With the change in daylight intensity it can adjust indoor lighting.
It was a field programmable gate array (FPGA) configured project of microprocessor lab in Level 3 Term 2.
The objective of this project was to build an induction motor of predefined current, voltage and power ratings set by course teacher.
A 4-bit microprocessor with a basic instruction set and an associated interpreter, based on the MIPS architecture. Its main features include single stage pipe-lining, micro programmed control unit, separate data, and instruction RAM.
A demonstration of Power Factor Improvement (PFI) plant was build with an objective to improve power factor at industrial level. Complex RLC circuit was used also to remove dominant harmonics.
