Industrial Automated Product Sorting Using Micro-controller

Sorting of the products in the industry is very difficult task and continuous manual sorting creates issues. It is very desirable to create a machine that identify the objects and relocate them if the object meets certain criteria. This paper presents a solution to sort the colored objects with the help of the robotic arm. The objects when placed on the conveyor belt are sorted based on color sensing and are relocated to specific location. When an object moves from one location to another on the conveyor belt, the sensors give the input to the micro-controller which then give the command to the robotic arm to do the task.

Energy Saving Portable Chiller Air-Conditioner

Energy Saving Portable Chiller Air Conditioner is a type of small multi-functional and movable air conditioner. A Chiller is a machine that removes heat from a liquid via vapor compression refrigeration cycle. Cycle involves four components-compressor, condenser, expansion device(Capillary tube) and Evaporator. This liquid can then be circulated through a heat exchanger to cool equipment .In air-conditioning system ,chilled water is typically distributed to heat exchanger or coil. In air handlers or others types of terminal devices which cool the air in their respective spaces. The water is then recirculated to the chiller tank to be recooled. These cooling coils transfer sensible heat and latent heat from the air to the chilled water .Chilled water temperature range is selected on Temperature controller. According to Cooling and separate ventilation requirement, it can be moved freely to different location and occasion. It is suitable for 100-120 sq.ft house and offices rooms. This product also contains the advantages of compact configuration, excellent process, elegant appearance, convenient moving, low cost and low noise. Energy saving is properly termed for the use of DC Blower, DC Pump and battery for backup cooling pump; fan air system when electricity shutdown happens.

Bank Vault Security System

This project aims at designing and executing the advance development in embedded systems based on Arduino Pro Module for anti-theft system .Our project gives the best solution to catch the thief in bank vault. This project based on three sensor which are motion sensor, vibration sensor, and read switch. It enables when any misconduct happened by thieves in bank vault .It will also take immediate actions like Alarm, voltage shocking, Gas Spray (Anastasia).

Home Security and gas leakage alert system using GSM module with SMS alert

The purpose of this project is to design and develop a home security system that can provide security against intrusion. The system detects the leakage of the LPG and man entering using sensors and use the GSM to alert the owner through the short message service (SMS); when those two cases occur, owner will get to know what happen to their office/home although they are not there. The main component to develop this project is micro-controller. Two detector sensors(motion and gas leakage ) and magnetic contact sensor are used as the input of the controller.

Smart Home Automation System

Home automation refers to the automatic and electronic control of household appliances, features and activities. The system is composed of hardware, communication and electronic interfaces that work to integrate electrical devices with one another. The project will come in handy for the disabled and elderly people. This thesis is aimed to modernize and develop a smart controlled home automation system which allows to control all electronic devices in an apartment or from the outside of the apartment by wireless command, GSM & Automation system and also helps the owner with personal assistance. Performing all these tasks with a single Android device makes everything faster because the Android makes Calling communication. It allows a person to control appliances from a remote location over the Bluetooth. The user can easily verify and close machines left on in one’s absence which will help to save energy. In this project we have combined home assistance and security system with the help of an Arduino Uno. The programming is done in windows operating system. Sensors and serial communicating devices are incorporated and synchronized with the personal computer.

Design & Implementation of GSM Based Alcohol Detection System for Drivers

This paper emphasizes on the design, construction and analysis of Alcohol Detection System. This project is designed by keeping in mind the accident death caused on the roads because of the consumption of alcohol by the driver. The whole system can be employed in any steering wheel equipped motor vehicle. The system which is made as compact as possible, sense the alcohol molecules present in a specific range and if found, fails the attempt of the driver to start the engine. Because the ignition of fuel should be stop by a solenoid valve .Pushing the envelope and considering the actuality of the situation where the driver may not be able to drive, the system is interfaced with the widely used GSM technology to establish a quick cellular contact with the closest kin or with the law enforcers.
