ProjectEDGE (Educate. Develop. Grow. Empower) Consulting was founded to help mission-driven organizations navigate strategy, governance, operational complexity, leadership development, and organizational change. The practice combines strategic advisory, facilitation, organizational assessment, program design, and implementation support.

Wafa works with leaders not only to identify recommendations, but also to build the structures, accountability, and internal capability required to carry them forward.

Founding National Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director

Sudanese American Public Affairs Association (SAPAA)

Served as SAPAA’s first national Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director after founding and successfully developing its Colorado chapter. Established organizational direction, governance, operating systems, national partnerships, communications, volunteer infrastructure, youth programming, and convening strategy.

Designed four flagship programs later expanded nationally, authored a leadership-development curriculum that served 83 emerging leaders, and provided executive leadership for a three-day national conference reaching approximately 1,500 participants.
