Cheers to such a beautiful night and such an amazing honor! This recognition means so much, not just for me personally, but for every mentor, peer, and community member who has poured into me along the way.

Leadership, for me, is about showing up with courage, creating space for others, and building something that lasts beyond ourselves. To be recognized for that work reminds me that our efforts matter, that our voices matter, and that our communities are stronger when we lead together.

This award is a reflection of all those who have walked this journey with me. The people who challenged me, supported me, and reminded me to keep going even when it was hard. I dedicate this to every leader in my circle who continues to inspire me and to the generations coming after us. I can’t begin to express my gratitude of sharing the stage with such amazing leaders.
