Toilet Replacement - Sometimes you just need a new toilet. Thankfully they are very easy to replace! This one took 1 hour and 45 minutes including cleanup and removing the old toilet from the site, so it only costed $125.

Carpet to Vinyl - This one was for one of my first clients, performed after over a year of various upgrades to his home. He was happy with my kitchen and bathroom remodels and wanted to trade his old carpet flooring for the same vinyl in his hallway and living room. I completed this room and the adjacent room in under 48 hours, and he was very satisfied with the result!

Bathroom Fan Light - This client had a very old large fan that was no longer functioning. They don't stock 12x12in fan lights at home improvement stores anymore, so we bought the biggest one we could and put this nice trim around it to hide the gaps. They love it!
