Case Studies

Join us for the New Professionals Case Study Competition—an exciting WACE tradition! We invite individuals and groups of new professionals to explore a challenge faced by seasoned professionals in the field of housing. Participants will analyze a case study and make a short presentation to a panel of judges and audience members. Interested New Professionals should attend the New Professionals Orientation to sign-up for the competition or find Alex Belisario and Emily Sandoval on Sunday evening during the opening!

This case study will investigate the design and implementation of diverse and unique facilities, processes and protocol within on-campus housing and residential life programs to enhance student life and academic performance, social connection, safety, and wellness. The case study may examine the role of technology, best practices, and student focused intervention.
