HOW TO REGISTER

1. The registration form will be available from July 2025

2. Complete the registration form, after which you will be directed to a payment form.

3. Once you have submitted these forms with payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

4. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please write to us at waac2026@aaafh.org

FEES

Fees are determined based on:

• Membership in AAfH,

• Residence in a high-income or other country according to the World Bank,

• Position as a faculty member, a postdoctoral or other scholar, or student, and

• Manner of conference participation (in-person or virtually).

If you are not an AAfH member and wish to become a member, you can join here. If you register for the conference at the AAfH member rate but are not a member, you will be required to pay for an AAfH membership upon arrival at WAAC 2026.

PAYMENT

Payment for conference registration is accepted online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). Payment is required at the time of your registration.

DATES

Online registration opens 1 June 2025 and should be complete by 15 January 2026. Registration closes on 15 January 2026.

CANCELATION POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel this event and return all fees in the event of a catastrophic event. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University is not responsible for any losses incurred by registrants including but not limited to airline cancelation or change charges or hotel deposits.
