hosting

For all gatherings, a Circle Keeper volunteers to host in their home, place of business, or a nonprofit location. The Circle Keeper then selects the benefiting nonprofit for that month. The hostess will arrange for a representative from the benefiting nonprofit to share their organization's goals, mission, and additional information on how the women in attendance can make an impact. Alternatively, the hostess may choose to organize a direct service project with their chosen non-profit that will still allow for circle time during the gathering. The hostess may set a limit on attendance.

Hostesses are asked to provide:

Table space for check-in & benefiting nonprofit

Light bites & non-alcoholic beverages

Plastic cups, plates & utensils

Napkins & wine opener

Space for beverages and ice
