Conference Registration

Early-bird registration will be open soon. You can register HERE

For inclusion in the conference proceedings, it is mandatory for at least one author per paper to complete registration by 25 July 2025.

Early-bird registration is available until 25 May 2025, offering reduced fees for participants. After this date, registration is possible until the first day of the conference with a higher fee.

Student registration: If you are registering at a student rate, please email us the proof of your student status at the time of registration (e.g. updated student card).

Registration Fees

Registration fee covers access to the whole conference as well as the social dinner.

Extra tickets for the social dinner can be purchused separately.

Early-bird (25 May 2025):

Student registration: 4000 MXN pesos (220 USD) (includes one ticket for the social dinner)

Regular registration: 6000 MXN pesos (320 USD) (includes one ticket for the social dinner)

Regular:

Student registration: 6000 MXN pesos (320 USD) (includes one ticket for the social dinner)

Regular registration: 7000 MXN pesos (370 USD) (includes one ticket for the social dinner)
