"You're mine" war einer der Songs, die ich über die glückliche Phase der Beziehung mit meinem Ex Nr.2 geschrieben habe. Die Melodie des "You're mine" ging mir den ganzen Tag durch den Kopf. A la Sia war mir klar, dass diese "hook" im Kopf bleibt und definitiv ein Song daraus werden muss - deshalb hab ich ein paar Tage später einen der wohl fröhlichsten meiner Songs geschrieben. 

Inhaltlich ist er nicht besonders tief - das sollte er allerdings auch nie sein. Stattdessen soll er einfach simpel und frei heraus sein und am allerwichtigsten: Wie ein Orhwurm im Kopf bleiben!
