Submit Work Permit Application

A work permit is issued ONLY when the student is offered a paid position with an employer. At that time, the application must be completed by the employer, the student, and the parent. Students must have a 2.0 GPA to qualify. Once the form is completed, submit your application by scanning a copy using either the Adobe Scan App or iPhone Notes, please see instructions below. Submit your scanned application to me via email @ smoreno@vvuhsd.org.

Once I have the completed application, I will process the application and send you a scanned copy for the employer and your records. If you have any questions, please let me know.
