Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Vuzun, an on-device wardrobe and outfit-advice app for Apple devices. By downloading or using Vuzun, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s App Store terms that apply to you.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vuzun. If you use the app on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vuzun on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial wardrobe styling, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules.

3. On-device product

Vuzun stores wardrobe content, recommendations, Chronicle notes, and preferences locally on your device. There is no Vuzun login. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing up content if you want to keep it. Uninstalling the app or using Clear All Local Data may permanently remove local content and remaining Style Credits.

4. Style Credits and purchases

Style Credits are consumable digital goods sold as gift packs or chests through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are shown in the app and charged by Apple in the currency available on your storefront.

• There is no restore-purchases feature.

• Previewing an outfit recommendation is free.

• Successfully saving a new outfit recommendation costs Style Credits as shown in the app before you confirm save.

• Cancellations and failed purchases do not consume credits.

• Credits exist only on this device and are lost if you clear local data or remove the app.

• Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled under Apple’s policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Vuzun to violate any law or the rights of others

• Capture or add photos of people or garments without appropriate rights or permission

• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the app or related Apple purchase systems

• Misrepresent purchases, balances, or support requests

6. Intellectual property

Vuzun, its name, design, and original app materials belong to us or our licensors. Your photos and labels remain yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to process them on your device to provide the features you request.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Outfit advice is generated locally from the wardrobe data and conditions you enter. Quality depends on your device and inputs. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from your use of Vuzun. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Style Credits through Apple for this app in the 90 days before the claim or (b) USD $10, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the app features from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
