Privacy Policy

Vuzun (“we”, “the app”) is an on-device wardrobe and outfit-advice application for Apple devices. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use Vuzun, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Vuzun is a local, device-based product. We do not operate a Vuzun account system and we do not require you to create a login to use the app.

2. Summary

Wardrobe photos, outfit recommendations, Chronicle (diary) notes, preferences, optional local backups you export, and Style Credits balance records are stored on your device. Vuzun does not run a Vuzun-operated cloud backend for storing your wardrobe media.

3. Information stored on your device

Depending on how you use the app, Vuzun may store:

• Clothing photos and labels or tags you create

• Outfit recommendation drafts, saved recommendations, and Chronicle notes

• App preferences and onboarding state

• Local Style Credits balance and StoreKit transaction identifiers needed to avoid duplicate credit grants on this installation

• Optional backup files you choose to export or import on your device

4. Information we do not collect through a Vuzun backend

We do not upload your wardrobe photos to a Vuzun server, and we do not sell your personal information. If you email support, we receive only what you choose to send (such as your email address and message) so we can reply.

5. Permissions

• Camera — to capture a clothing photo for your wardrobe

• Photo Library — to choose clothing photos from your library

• Microphone — only if you use optional dictation for a tag field

• App Tracking Transparency and Notifications — iOS may show these system prompts; this A-side build does not use ATT results for tracking and does not deliver push notifications through an A-side notification center delegate

6. Purchases

Style Credits are consumable in-app purchases sold as gift packs or chests and processed by Apple. Payment details are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy terms. Vuzun does not offer a restore-purchases control. Your credit balance exists only in the local ledger for this installation.

7. Third-party services

Purchases go through Apple. Opening Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or Support in the app loads the public pages for this site in an in-app browser view. We do not use those views to build a Vuzun advertising profile.

8. Data retention and deletion

Local content remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or remove the app. Use Clear All Local Data in Profile to permanently remove wardrobe media, recommendations, Chronicle notes, preferences, and remaining Style Credits from this installation.

9. Children

Vuzun is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
