Pre-departure information

You will need to login to "my study abroad" (https://app.studyabroad.illinois.edu/) and complete all required forms before departure.

The following forms in My Study Abroad are due by November 1 (spring semester abroad) or by April 1 (fall or AY abroad):

• Pre-departure meeting will be marked complete after the meetings by the study abroad staff

• Read and electronically sign the six signature documents (submitted online)

• Complete the health and safety quiz (submitted online)

• Emergency contact (submitted online)

• Name, email and photograph release (submitted online)

• Visa questionnaire (submitted online)

Forms that may be submitted after the deadline:

• Course approval forms – complete with your academic advisor and submit in person to 2019 BIF

• Travel itinerary (complete before leaving the country-submit online)

Course approval forms will not be due until the semester after your study abroad term.
