credit + grades + Transcripts

Once all grades are in, request an official transcript of records be sent to studyabroad@business.illinois.edu through this link . Where it says "Please fill in the reason why you cannot request your transcript through the regular procedure", paste this text: "My university must receive my transcript directly from VU through the secure Zivver system. If I failed any courses, they must appear on the transcript as well." 

Your records officer will use the final Course Approval Form you submit to determine how the course will transfer to UIUC (grade, credit/no credit, and the course equivalency). The transcript and credit recommendation will be sent to the Registrars Office for final processing. They will add the courses, credits, and grades to your permanent record. Please note that it could take up to three to six months for your final grades to appear on your DARS.
