Welcome to VTLanguage: Text To Speech (the "Application"). This Terms & Conditions agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "User") and VANTIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your download, installation, and use of the Application.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to download, install, and use the Application on your mobile device strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use unless explicit commercial integration agreements are made with the Company.
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to: disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application; modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Application; or circumvent any digital rights management or security features embedded within the software.
The Application functions as a dynamic text-to-speech engine that converts text documents and custom input strings provided by the user into synthesized audio playback formats (.mp3, .wav, etc.).
User Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for the input text content processed through the Application. You must ensure that you own the intellectual property rights or possess appropriate permissions for any text, books, or documentation you upload or convert using the Application.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to use the Application to synthesize text that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, or infringes upon the copyrights or intellectual property rights of any third party.
The Application, including its interface layouts, algorithms, audio synthesis engines, software architecture, branding components, graphics, and underlying source code, remains the sole and exclusive property of VANTIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. No ownership or commercial title is transferred to you through the acquisition or execution of this license.
The Application integrates external Software Development Kits (SDKs), specifically Google Firebase frameworks, to monitor app performance metrics, log application errors (via Firebase Crashlytics), and review aggregated operational data (via Firebase Analytics). By engaging with the software, you acknowledge and agree that data processing executed via these components is concurrently governed by Google's framework operational conditions.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SYNTHESIZED VOICE QUALITY WILL ALWAYS MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OPERATE WITHOUT NATIVE ENGINE INTERRUPTIONS, OR CONVERT COMPLEX SPECIAL CHARACTERS ACCURATELY IN ALL LANGUAGE SETTINGS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VANTIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF INTELLECTUAL DATA, DEVICE CRASHES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO ENGAGE WITH THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISEMENT WAS GIVEN REGARDING THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH ISSUES.
This structural legal Agreement remains active until formally terminated by either party. You may terminate this setup at any time by thoroughly deleting the software from your system. Your license will terminate immediately and without prior notice from us if you violate any core operational terms established in this Agreement.
This Agreement and your utilization of the software shall be governed by, and interpreted strictly in compliance with, the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its internal conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes or actions stemming from these terms must be routed exclusively through competent judicial authorities located in Hong Kong.
We reserve the operational right to update or structural amend these terms at our absolute discretion. Any systemic adjustments will be flagged by updating the "Last Updated" date featured above. Continued use of the platform following modifications constitutes formal acceptance of the updated terms.
