VANTIP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") operates the VTLanguage: Text To Speech mobile application (the "Application"). We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of the personal and non-personal data of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, and safeguard information within the Application.
By downloading, installing, and using the Application, you explicitly consent to the data collection and operational practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
To deliver functional and dynamic text-to-speech engine capabilities, the Application processes structural information categorized into two distinct types:
Text Input: The texts or documents you insert into the Application are processed directly on your device or via native system components to render synthesized audio files. We do not save, collect, or store your custom input text data on our private cloud databases.
Storage and Media Permissions: The Application may request localized authorization to access your device storage. This allows you to open external documents for reading and to export the synthesized speech files (.mp3, .wav) onto your phone memory.
We incorporate integrated Google Firebase SDKs (including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) to manage application health and evaluate framework optimizations. These modules automatically process non-personal system parameters, including:
Device Profiles: Device model parameters, operating system environment variables, language localizations, and unique advertising identifier sequences.
Operational Metrics: App launch frequencies, feature engagement sequences, button interactions, and user session durations.
Diagnostic Overviews: System exception stack traces, execution crash dumps, and runtime error conditions mapped out to enhance overall software stability.
The metadata gathered and parameters logged are restricted entirely to the following operational uses:
To execute and streamline core text-to-speech conversion mechanisms.
To map out software crashes and diagnose architectural flaws using Firebase Crashlytics.
To review broad, anonymous user interaction trends through Firebase Analytics in order to update features and user interfaces.
To respond to individual customer tickets or administrative queries routed directly to our designated support mailbox.
The Application interfaces directly with infrastructure governed by Google Firebase. Data management practices enforced by our third-party infrastructure vendor can be audited via their primary portals:

Our company does not maintain centralized user registration profiles or cloud-stored account parameters. Automated telemetry processed via Google Firebase is subject to Google's standard retention cycles and automatic expiration schedules. If you submit a formal inquiries or request records erasure to our administrative mailbox, your conversational threads and data logs will be removed within regulatory timelines.
The Application does not purposefully market to or intentionally track telemetry belonging to minors under the age threshold of 13. If you believe your child has inadvertently passed security boundaries to transmit operational metadata or service support emails, please contact us immediately so we can execute an explicit data purge from our records.
We reserve the statutory right to modify this document to mirror updated platform compliance standards or architectural shifts. Any active revisions go into effect immediately once posted alongside an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
