Welcome to the VTCSCE International Multidisciplinary Journal _ An International Peer Reviewed Journa. We acknowledge the paradigm shift that has occurred in the Indian context of Teaching. So, we have formed different groups of Young Teacher and start continuous discussion on the teaching & Learning in the 21st century as well as in the digital era. We also focus on the skill development and thus reducing anxiety and hesitation of teacher and learner in classroom.

Choksi Sarvajanik College of Education (VTCSCE), Surat was established in the year 1960 to make available a training college for teachers to the South Gujarat region . VTCSCE has a rich history of recognizable contribution in the field of Teaching-Learning, Research, and Social Work. Even today it plays its role of an efficient, effective, innovative and creative agent of character building and personality development of the teacher, the student and the society member as a whole for a better cause of building a nation and a better human-being. As UGC caters to the needs of all the academicians and administrators of the country without any restrictions of the subject, language and designation, the journal, VIMJ an International Peer reviewed Journal also provide the opportunity to all of them without any restrictions of the subject, language and designation. It provides a platform to scholarly research papers in all the subjects in any of the three languages English, Hindi or Gujarati. It is an open-access journal which focuses on methodological advances, innovations, and insights in qualitative or mixed methods studies. Blind referee system is followed for review of the contributions before publication. No correspondence can be entertained regarding editorial policy. Unpublished, original contributions can be submitted within the range of 1,500 words. The contributors are fully responsible for the content of their work and plagiarism.
