VT Anywhere

Purpose

DISTek's VT Anywhere was created with portability and testability as primary design goals. As a result, the Virtual Terminal can be embedded inside existing applications or used as a stand-alone VT.

Technical Requirements

VT Anywhere is a cross platform application, and it has been tested on Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux. It runs on x86 or ARM Cortex-A8 processors without modification.

Embedded Linux Requirements

To run on an embedded Linux target, VT Anywhere requires the following:

• Web browser if running UI locally, i.e. Chrome or Firefox

• Internet connection if running UI remotely

• SocketCAN interface

• glibc based system
