• Digital Products and Delivery: All products, VSTs, plugins, and software packages available on vst99 are provided as digital downloads. No physical goods will be shipped. Access to downloads is granted immediately or within a specified delivery window after payment verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any download links or account access provided to you.

• Installation Support Services: Our remote installation assistance is an optional, separate service charged at a base fee of INR 59 for the first hour and INR 49 for each subsequent hour. This service is provided via secure remote desktop applications like AnyDesk or TeamViewer. While our team makes every effort to ensure a successful setup, we do not guarantee compatibility with heavily modified or corrupted operating systems.

• System Requirements and Compatibility: It is the user's absolute responsibility to review, verify, and ensure that their computer hardware, operating system version, and digital audio workstation (DAW) meet the explicit compatibility requirements of the software or plugin before completing a purchase. vst99 is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible systems.

• Payment and Billing: We accept payments through UPI, PayPal, and verified Cryptocurrency networks. By initiating a transaction, you warrant that you are the lawful owner of the payment account used. All transactions are final, and any attempts to file unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes without contacting our support first will result in a permanent ban from our platform.

• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall vst99, its owners, or its team be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, system crashes, loss of project data, corrupted DAW sessions, hardware malfunctions, or financial losses arising out of the installation, use, or inability to use any files downloaded from this website.

• Intellectual Property and Usage: The digital assets shared on this platform are intended strictly for educational, testing, and evaluation purposes. Users are expected to evaluate the software and subsequently purchase official licenses from the legitimate developers. vst99 does not claim ownership of the third-party software titles or trademarks hosted on the platform.

• Modifications to Service and Terms: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website, product catalog, pricing structure, or installation fees at any time without prior notice.
