ELECTIONS

While creating the ways in which our government function, Village School of Louisville's students decided to have a democratic system of government. This means officials would be elected to represent the student body as a whole through elections.

THE WHY

Election are a vital part of American society. Voting is a right that we should all be proud of, and through Village School's student government students will learn the importance of voting and how it can shape our community just as it shapes who we are as Americans.

THE WHEN

Elections will be taking place on March the eighth at around two PM.

THE WHERE

Our election will be held on our campus. The Village School of Louisville is located at 770 Eastern Parkway Louisville, Kentucky in the "Our Mother of Sorrows" building next to their church.

THE HOW

Village School of Louisville's students will vote privately on a physical sheet of paper with all of the student candidates that have been chosen to make it onto the ballot. Ballots will be handed out to each of the students so they can fill in the blank with the candidate whom they want to vote for. The votes will later be tallied up by administration or Village School graduates who will reveal the winner the next school day.
