Structural Engineering

Dr. Singhal is a Head and Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Patna. His research group focuses on seismic behavior, seismic evaluation and rehabilitation of reinforced concrete and masonry structures.
