Welcome to the art page!
A great artist is prepared for creating!
Here are a couple of different websites for you to visit with my comments about them. Take care and see you when we see one another.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2Qw-6YgUjVc-wonderful lesson quick and easy to do an oil pastel drawing.
https://www.tripsavvy.com/virtual-field-trips-for-kids-3129414 : great outdoors and see some of the National Parks and monuments throughout the United States. Tell me what you think of your visit and which monument did you like.
https://americanart.si.edu: These will lead you to the Smithsonian Museum series of museum and you cannot go wrong with anyone of the museums our nation's capital is home to. Remember these museums are free to the public and so much to see in each and everyone. I thought the one on American Art would be interesting. Let me know your opinion.
Please note schedules and links to classes will be listed on my Canvas page for your class time and your regular teacher will remind you when each of your specials start and end.
School supplies such as crayons (24 pack is wonderful), colored pencils( 24 pack as well), scissors, glue sticks or white school glue, enclosed pencil sharpener, and paper will be used. For paper, students can use a notebook that is for art only so they have all their work in that notebook or unlined white copy paper. Many of these items were included in the school supply packet the school distributed.
