   • Prevalence of Trichinella spp.

   • Phenotypic and genotypic assessment of drug resistance of selected bacteria present in the food chain

   • Thermovision in the assessment of animal welfare

   • Monitoring of microbiological and cytological quality of milk

   • The chemical composition, physicochemical properties and hygienic quality of milk of various animal species

Present Projects:

• EFRROW 2014-2020: "ThermoEye - an innovative system for monitoring the temperature of farm animals, as part of a strategy to reduce the use of antimicrobial agents in pig production, improve welfare and reduce animal disease losses".
