All file cleaning, photo deletion, app uninstallation, or cache management actions performed within the App are strictly user-initiated and user-confirmed. VoxClean will never silently modify or permanently delete your files in the background without your explicit confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing files before confirming deletion.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Hai Phat LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use VoxClean: AI Phone Cleaner on your personal Android device solely for non-commercial utility purposes.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App—including its code, user interface, graphics, algorithms, text, and the trademark "VoxClean"—are the exclusive property of Hai Phat LTD or its licensors.
You may not use our brand name, logo, or trademarks as part of any business name, domain, or unauthorized commercial offering without prior written consent.
All third-party trademarks, product names, and brand logos mentioned in the App belong to their respective owners.
You agree that you will not:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the App.
Frame, mirror, or exploit the App's content or interface without express authorization.
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App to any third party.
Use the App in any manner that disrupts, overburdens, or interferes with its stability or functionality.
The App may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs), analytics tools, and advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob, Google Firebase, Meta, AppLovin, AppsFlyer, Adjust, TikTok SDK).

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, HAI PHAT LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
ANY GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURELY.
ANY GUARANTEE REGARDING THE RECOVERY OF STORAGE SPACE OR ACCIDENTAL LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM USER-CONFIRMED FILE DELETION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HAI PHAT LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
LOSS OF DATA, PHOTOS, OR FILES RESULTING FROM USER-APPROVED DELETION.
DEVICE HARDWARE MALFUNCTION OR UNINTENDED INTERRUPTIONS.
ANY UNSANCTIONED THIRD-PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR DEVICE.
IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You must link in a fair, legal manner that does not damage or take advantage of our reputation.
You must not suggest any form of official association, approval, or endorsement by Hai Phat LTD where none exists.
We reserve the right to demand the immediate removal of any link to our App or brand at any time.
