This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle information when you download, install, and use the VoxClean: AI Phone Cleaner mobile application (the "App"). Our primary goal is to deliver an efficient, secure, and transparent device cleaning and optimization experience.

Hai Phat LTD is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data collected in connection with VoxClean: AI Phone Cleaner.
VoxClean is designed around a privacy-first, on-device processing model. Core file scanning, storage analysis, and app management features are performed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your personal files or media to external servers.
To perform comprehensive storage cleanup, the App may request "All Files Access" (Broad Storage Access).
Purpose: This permission allows VoxClean to scan public folders (e.g., Downloads, system cache directories) for residual junk, leftover APK files, temp files, and large space-hogging documents.
Local Processing: All scanning occurs strictly on your device. File contents and file lists are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
Scope: The App analyzes photo, video, audio, and media files locally to detect duplicate photos, large media files, and old screenshots.
Partial Photo Access: On Android 14 and higher, VoxClean supports partial photo selection, allowing you to grant access only to specific photos or videos you wish to manage.
Privacy: Your personal media remains entirely private on your device and is never transmitted off-device.
Usage Access: VoxClean requests Usage Access solely to calculate app storage footprints, identify last-used dates, and suggest infrequently used apps for user-managed cleanup.
Installed Application List: The App scans installed applications locally to render the App Manager and perform an informational review of installed apps (e.g., verifying installation sources and identifying sensitive permissions).
Restrictions:
This feature is purely informational. VoxClean does not claim to be an antivirus software, nor does it perform malware detection, viral removal, or phone infection repairs.
Your app inventory and usage statistics are processed locally on-device. We do not upload full app inventories to our servers, nor do we sell or use app usage statistics for commercial advertising profiling.
Deletion & Modification Rules: VoxClean will never silently delete, modify, or move your files in the background without your approval.
User Confirmation: Any file deletion, app uninstallation, or cache clearing occurs only when explicitly selected and confirmed by you in the app interface (and confirmed via system dialogs where required by Android OS).
Scope: The App may send local device notifications and maintenance tips to remind you when storage is running low or when residual files need attention.
No Spam: These notifications are generated locally on-device for utility purposes and are never used to send third-party ad spam. You can disable notifications anytime in system settings.
To ensure app stability, monitor performance, and deliver relevant advertisements, we automatically collect certain non-personal technical data:
Interaction metrics within the App (e.g., features accessed, buttons tapped, session durations).
Device brand/model, operating system version, system performance metrics, crash logs, and unique advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / GAID).
Coarse, country/city-level location derived strictly from your IP address by advertising and analytics SDKs for regional performance optimization. The App does not request, track, or collect precise GPS location data.
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
Core Functionality: To scan for junk files, calculate app storage footprint, optimize memory, and perform security risk checks directly on your device.
App Improvement & Analytics: To diagnose technical crashes, monitor system performance, and enhance user experience.
Customer Support: To assist you when you reach out to us with questions, feedback, or support requests.
Security & Fraud Prevention: To protect the App, users, and infrastructure against potential security threats or unauthorized access.
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), our legal basis for processing your data includes:
Contractual Necessity: Processing required to provide the core app features you requested.
Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for analytics, security improvements, and maintaining app integrity, balanced against your privacy rights.
