Without increasing per pupil spending through an operating levy, BHM Schools will be forced to continue to make cuts to work with the budget given. The first large cuts begin this school year, 2019-2020 (see below) and will be followed by larger cuts in 2020-2021 without the passage of the upcoming levy. If this levy fails in November 2019, expect this pattern to continue.
