All contributions received by a candidate must be reported, to include the following information:

• Name and complete mailing address for each contributor

• Amount and date of contribution

• For contributions of $50 or more, the principal occupation of the contributor must be disclosed (per NC Campaign Finance Law)

• No individual may contribute more than $6800.00 per election cycle
