As a nursing student at West Valley Campus, with a busy class schedule and a daily commute amid rising costs, I understand firsthand how unexpected student bills can affect students. I endorse the MOD ticket for their commitment to transparency and financial clarity in student billing.
I enthusiastically support the Mionske Executive Ticket. Their platform shows they care about the student experience and are passionate about building community on the West Valley campus. Their focus on making college more affordable, fostering belonging, and creating opportunity for students shows they really listen and understand the students they hope to serve. Most notably, this team has been student leaders themselves in multiple capacities. Student leadership experience is vital when running for a position such as this. Being a former student leader allows you to better understand students’ needs, concerns, and perspectives. Serving in student leadership positions has allowed this team to work with students, partner with campus partners, and hone their leadership skills to be able to effectively serve and advocate for the students of West Valley. Aside from their qualifications through experience, the Mionske Executive Ticket have shown that they value collaboration, transparency, and meaningful student involvement. I am proud to endorse the Mionske/Ortecho/Dyer executive ticket for the ASU West Valley Campus. I have seen firsthand the impact that these three make on our campus. Their platform they are running on includes many of the highest concerns of students, including affordability. I appreciate their emphasis on making sure that students know where their student-initiated fee money is going towards, and making sure that students are informed in regards to what the USG government is doing but also what is going on outside of the university and in our Arizona community as well. These students are strong advocates for making sure West Valley students have all the resources they need to not only just survive, but thrive in the college environment. I full-heartedly support the MOD ticket and I know that they will be able to deliver more for us.
