Vorng Panha Law, Negotiation, and Social Psychology University Lectures
Mr. Vorng Panha is a distinguished legal scholar, educator, and policy advisor based in Cambodia. He currently serves as a lecturer specializing in law, negotiation, and social psychology. In addition to his academic roles, he has contributed extensively to policy research and social development initiatives. He has collaborated with institutions such as various United Nations agencies, and international advocacy organizations. His research focuses on legal frameworks, human rights, and governance, with numerous publications addressing socio-economic justice, environmental law, and civic engagement. His commitment to fostering inclusive and accountable policy-making has been recognized both nationally and internationally.
Mr. Panha’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Cambodia, where he developed a strong foundation in legal studies and international law. His passion for equitable policy led him to engage in extensive research on legal interpretation, governance, and negotiation strategies. Additionally, he pursued a Diploma in Education Interpretation from the Cambodia-ASEAN International Institute, enhancing his ability to facilitate cross-cultural legal discussions. Throughout his career, he has conducted training programs, led policy workshops, and advised on legislative matters, particularly concerning social justice, environmental sustainability, and conflict resolution.
