Vorada (Mimi) Limjaroenrat

Welcome to my website! I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Taipei School of Economics and Political Science (TSE) since October 2025 and will join the department as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Economics in Spring 2026. 

I am an applied microeconomist working at the intersection of political economy, development, labor, law and economics.

My work uses causal inference methods and high-quality administrative data from developing countries to study the influence of institutional structures and political economy on criminal justice organizations.
