Parents or guardians must fill-in the registration and consent form online and print it out and bring it to Vooruitsig Intermediate I/s.
To complete the registration the child must be registered online by using the code or link below or by accessing the registration page.
The registration and consent form must be handed in at school or the filled pdf can be sent to: vooruitsigcodeclub@gmail.com .
Parents and Guardians must ensure that both the physical registration and consent form is handed in an the online registration is completed.
