Terms & Conditions for Battery Doctor

1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, or using Battery Doctor ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is developed by MD Developer Studio, Surat, Gujarat, India ("we", "us", "our").
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Battery Doctor on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
3. Advertising and free use
Battery Doctor is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of ads and to the data processing described in our Privacy Policy. We may offer a paid option or in-app purchase to remove ads. Your use of ad content and of any third-party websites reached through ads is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for third-party advertisers or their content.
4. Measurements are estimates
Battery Doctor reports readings and calculations — including battery capacity, health, charging speed, cycle counts, and drain — based on data provided by your device's hardware and operating system. These figures are estimates for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly accurate. The app does not provide professional, safety, or repair advice, and you should not rely on it for any critical decision.
5. Optional advanced (ADB) tier
Battery Doctor offers an optional advanced tier that you may enable yourself by running a command from a computer using ADB. You do this at your own discretion and risk, and you are responsible for any commands you run on your device.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify it except as permitted by law, interfering with the ads, or using the app in any unlawful way.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its name, design, and content are owned by MD Developer Studio and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app or its ads will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its measurements will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Developer Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, device damage, or battery-related issues, arising from your use of or inability to use the app or from any advertisement shown in it.
10. Third-party services
The app is distributed through Google Play and uses Google AdMob for advertising. Your use is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, advertisers, or platforms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend, discontinue, or update the app or these terms at any time.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
