About Us

In the Voice and Speech Rehabilitation Research lab, we are interested in understanding fundamental mechanisms of voice and speech rehabilitation. In particular, we focus on understanding how voice disorders (i.e., chronic hoarseness) and acoustic environments affect speech production and perception. Our overarching goal is to develop assessment and treatment methods for improving intelligibility of speakers with voice disorders.
