These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Voice2Note mobile application ("App") operated by IT-DEPARTMENT.PRO ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Voice2Note is an AI-powered application designed to help users process spoken content. The App allows users to:
Record or upload lecture audio;
Generate speech transcriptions;
Analyze lecture content;
Create summaries and key insights;
Interact with AI-powered features based on uploaded or recorded content.
The App is provided for informational, educational, and productivity purposes only.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to record, upload, store, and process any audio recordings or other content submitted through the App.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content;
Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the App;
Use the App in any manner that could harm the Company or other users.
Certain features of the App rely on artificial intelligence services provided through the OpenAI API.
Before accessing AI-powered functionality, you may be asked to provide your consent for your submitted content to be processed by OpenAI in order to generate transcriptions, summaries, analyses, answers, or other AI-generated responses.
By providing your consent and using these features, you acknowledge and agree that audio recordings, transcripts, prompts, and other information you submit may be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI solely for the purpose of providing the requested functionality.

If you do not provide such consent, some AI-powered features of the App may not be available.
The App generates transcriptions, summaries, analyses, and other responses using artificial intelligence.
AI-generated content is produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or incomplete information.
The App does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or educational advice. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.
The App, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and all related intellectual property, is owned by IT-DEPARTMENT.PRO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content except for the limited right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing will be displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
Unless canceled through your Apple Account settings, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature or functionality of the App at any time without prior notice.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that AI-generated results will always be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your intended purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IT-DEPARTMENT.PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or any AI-generated content.
Your use of the App and reliance on any generated results is entirely at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in conduct that may harm the App, its users, or the Company.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will become effective upon publication within the App or through other appropriate notice.
Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
