Vocabulary Learn Max is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains the app’s access options and subscription operation; it does not replace that agreement or limit mandatory consumer rights.

Free access includes two vocabulary cards per day and one ranked daily League challenge. Learn Max Premium unlocks the full vocabulary library and personal learning features, including flashcard review and practice tests. Both Premium plans provide the same access while the subscription is active.
Weekly Premium: US$9.99 per week in the United States, or €9.99 per week in euro storefronts.
Yearly Premium: US$39.99 per year in the United States, or €39.99 per year in euro storefronts, billed as one annual payment.
Other storefronts use local prices. The app and Apple’s purchase confirmation show the applicable currency, price and billing period before you purchase. Taxes and regional pricing may vary. No free trial is included in these standard plans unless Apple’s purchase screen explicitly presents an eligible offer.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected weekly or yearly period unless cancelled before renewal. Turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal during the final 24 hours of the current period. The renewal price is shown in your Apple subscription settings.
Manage or cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Vocabulary Learn Max. Cancellation normally keeps access until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or resetting learning data does not cancel the subscription. Apple handles billing and refund decisions.
How to cancel through Apple · Apple purchase and refund support
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoration checks your active entitlement; it does not create a new subscription or an extra charge.
League participation requires an internet connection and Game Center sign-in. Each daily challenge has one ranked attempt, including for Premium subscribers. The same daily questions and scoring rules apply to everyone. Starting an attempt starts its timer; closing the screen does not pause it. Weekly rankings add completed daily scores from Monday through Sunday in UTC. There is no separate weekly exam.
Use the League fairly. Do not manipulate scores, automate submissions or misuse another player’s identity. A subscription does not provide extra ranked attempts, a guaranteed rank or an exam result.
Vocabulary Learn Max provides independent English vocabulary practice. Exam names and trademarks are owned by their respective organisations. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by examination providers. Learning progress and practice results are not official test scores or qualifications.
