Check microphone permissions in iOS Settings → Voca
Ensure you’re not in Do Not Disturb mode
Restart the app

Confirm Voca Plus is active (Settings → Voca Plus)

Try reprocessing an entry (tap the entry → “Reprocess with AI”)
