World Health Organization (WHO)
Description:
The World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes the profound impact of digitalization and technology on health. As these fields continue to evolve at an unprecedented pace, WHO embraces the potential of technology to revolutionize healthcare delivery, improve health outcomes, and empower individuals to manage their own health . However, WHO also acknowledges the challenges associated with the digital health landscape, such as unequal access to technology, potential privacy concerns, and the need for ethical considerations in its development and implementation. To address these complexities, WHO aims to promote responsible innovation, bridge the digital divide in healthcare, and ensure all individuals can benefit from the transformative power of technology in achieving health for all.

United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)
Description:
Innovations and development in the field of information and technology has opened various windows of opportunities for all layers of society . Technology enables all members of society to gain access to any source of knowledge for l ifelong education and learning, share knowledge without any limit on biodiversity and environmental protection, and many others. These powerful technologies are rapidly changing how we live and work . The interconnected world still does not change the persisting inequality & injustice in the world, especially the gender inequality. As an organization whose mission is to achieve Sustainable Development Goals and improvement of human condition, it is important for UNESCO to ensur e that the development of science and technology can be maximized for the benefits of humankind, while minimizing the risks and threats to humankind for a more inclusive, sustainable, and peaceful world.

UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)
Description:
Climate change casts a long shadow over our planet, posing an existential threat to humanity and the natural world. In 1992, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) emerged as a landmark international treaty, uniting nearly all nations in the fight against this global crisis. Its overarchin g goal: to stabilize greenhouse gas emissions and prevent dangerous human interference with the climate system. Fast forward to 2015, the world witnessed a significant turning point with the Paris Agreement. This landmark treaty, ratified by almost every nation, established a universal commitment to limit global warming well below 2 degrees Celsius, preferably to 1.5 degrees, compared to pre -industrial levels. This seemingly small number translates to a colossal shift in our trajectory, demanding a rapid a nd drastic reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. However, despite the progress made, the current pace of implementation remains insufficient. The recent Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report paints a stark picture: even with combined ef forts under current pledges, we are still on track for warming exceeding 2 degrees Celsius. This underscores the urgent need to enhance the implementation of the Paris Agreement, as it represents the last line of defense against catastrophic climate change

International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL)
Description:
The interconnectedness of our world extends to the digital realm, fostering innovation and growth. However, this very connectivity creates vulnerabilities, making our societies increasingly susceptible to cross - border cyber- crimes. In this context, INTERPOL will address the multifaceted risks and impacts o f these crimes, which can range from data breaches and financial theft to disruptions of critical infrastructure and attacks on national security. Delegates will be expected to assess the current cooperation and collaboration in law enforcement, informatio n sharing, capacity building, and implementation of legal frameworks to combat cybercrime across borders.

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF)
Description:
The digital age has ushered in a new era for children, offering unprecedented access to information, education, and connection. This technology can make quality education accessible, bring clean water to communities, boost economies, and ultimately create a better digital world for all children. However, this technolog ical revolution presents a complex landscape. Children are left vulnerable when cybersecurity weaknesses remain unaddressed. In Southeast Asia and the Pacific, where hundreds of millions of children and young people live, many lack access to the internet, leaving them on the wrong side of the digital divide. Technology also introduces a range of challenges that threaten their safety and well - being. To navigate the challenges in this digital era and get as many benefits, we need to make children's rights and safety a top priority.
