1. Coordinator – Autonomous College Initiative

Served as the Coordinator for establishing the first Autonomous College under Rayat Shikshan Sanstha.

Key Contributions

• Developed and submitted the proposal for autonomous status.

• Coordinated with University, Government, and UGC committees for grant of autonomy to D.G. College, Satara.

• Led the establishment and operationalization of autonomous governance systems.

• Developed institutional frameworks, academic regulations, and governance structures.

• Mentored and guided other colleges seeking autonomous status within Rayat Shikshan Sanstha.

• Continues to contribute as a Member of the Board of Studies (BoS), Academic Council, and Governing Body.

2. Coordinator – Banking IBPS Training Centre

Established one of the leading IBPS coaching and banking recruitment centres in Western Maharashtra.

Key Achievements

• Coordinated the IBPS Banking Training Centre at D.G. College.

• Developed dedicated classrooms and study facilities.

• Conducted 47 training batches for banking recruitment examinations.

• Organized more than 32 campus recruitment drives for banks.

• Facilitated placement of over 687 students in the banking sector.

• Supported placement of more than 1,500 students in private banks and credit cooperatives.

3. In-Charge Registrar – Cluster University

Played a significant role in the establishment and administration of the Cluster University.

Key Contributions

• Member of the Cluster University Proposal Committee.

• Contributed to the preparation of the Detailed Action Plan (DAP).

• Serving as In-Charge Registrar since 2022.

• Facilitating industry collaborations and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).

5. Chairman and Director – Rayat Sevak Cooperative Bank, Satara

Served as Chairman for 2 years and Director for 5 years.

Major Achievements

• Modernized banking operations through implementation of Core Banking System (CBS).

• Introduced NEFT and RTGS banking services.

• Established Data Centre and Disaster Recovery infrastructure.

• Planned and developed the Head Office building project.

• Introduced transparent recruitment and promotion systems.

• Designed comprehensive loan and human resource policies.

6. Assistant Coordinator – Community Radio Proposal Committee

Contributed to the establishment of Rayatwani Community Radio Station.

Key Contributions

• Prepared and presented the proposal to the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.

• Coordinated verification processes with All India Radio (Akashvani), Satara.

• Supervised the establishment and approval process.

• Liaised with government agencies for statutory clearances.

12. Assistant Coordinator – Skill Development Initiative

Contributed significantly to the Skill Development Project of Rayat Shikshan Sanstha.
